North Cascades Gold

The North Cascades consist of just layers upon layers of breathtaking peaks. This watercolor painting was inspired by those mountains and incorporates modern geometric elements which is a favorite theme of mine. The gold leaf sun beams stretch across the image bringing warmth and depth to this mountain scene. 

 I add gold leaf detail by hand to each print in my Gold Collection, giving them all an individual, distinctive feel.
